Privacy policy

This policy explains how Wrise handles the personal data sent through this website, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

What data we collect

• Data entered in the contact form: name, company, e-mail, WhatsApp (optional) and a description of what takes up your team's time today.
• Messages exchanged in the website chat and any data you share there, such as name and e-mail.
• Recordings of assessment and mapping meetings, made only with your permission, asked at the start of each conversation.
• Technical data needed to run and secure the website, such as IP address and the date/time of submission.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, via the form or the chat, and to book the free assessment.
• To prepare the assessment and the mapping plan from the recorded meetings, and for nothing else.
• To keep a record of our contact in our CRM and avoid duplicates.
• To prevent abuse and keep the website secure (submission limits, anti-spam).

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and on Wrise's legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Sharing

Data may be processed by providers that run our infrastructure (hosting, e-mail delivery, Google Calendar, CRM and the Chatwoot chat platform), always under contract and only for the purposes described here. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and the business relationship, or until you ask us to delete it, subject to legal obligations. Meeting recordings are deleted within 30 days, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent. Just write to contato@wrise.com.br.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking cookies. We only store a cookie with your chosen language, so the site opens in the same language on your next visit. The chat keeps an identifier in your browser only to preserve your conversation history. If analytics tools are added, we will ask for consent where required and update this policy.

We may update this policy. The date of the latest change is shown at the top of this page.
